Matthew E. Fuller
Matthew E. Fuller is a graduate of the University of Washington (B.A. Accounting 1998) and the University of San Diego (J.D. 2005). Prior to becoming an attorney, he served four years in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer. Matthew E. Fuller is a member of the California Bar, Orange County Bar and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Peter C.L. Chung
Peter C.L. Chung was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States in 1984. He attended University of California, Los Angeles where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1998. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in May 2006 and was admitted to the California Bar in the same year. Peter learned to speak Mandarin and Taiwanese growing up in Los Angeles. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for Investor’s Business Daily, a publication dedicated to investment / market research.
